I used to be very conscious about how I looked specifically about my weight. Recently I’ve been getting a lot of questions on how I lost the weight & It’s easy to say things like “I exercised a ton” or I had watched my diet closely but in reality it takes a lot of keeping up the consistency, perseverance and believing in myself and it takes!!!!! time!!!!!!!!! UgHhH it!!!! really!!! takes!!!! time!!!!!
I know how this is such a controversial topic so I tried to thread carefully but I just wanted to share with you guys how I lost these /unhappy/ weight and how this whole process wasn’t just about the weight loss but how I got healthier physically and mentally.
